RESOURCES – I focus my clients search by setting up their own custom portal direct to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) tailored to their needs or “Must Haves”. This portal provides timely information on each listing that meets their criteria directly to their email.
DILIGENCE – I search the MLS daily for new listings so my clients have the opportunity to see them as quickly as possible. I also preview homes weekly and in most case prior to showing my clients to make sure I do not waste their time looking at homes that do not meet their standards.
FINANCING – In most cases buying a home today requires the buyer be pre-approved for a loan. I connect my clients to the experts that can help them figure out the financing price. Unless my clients are paying cash for the home it is vital that they obtain pre-approval from a lender prior to making offers.
